My Story
My journey with Reiki began nine years ago when my sister introduced me to this practice during a difficult chapter of my life. What started as a single session became a turning point: a moment of clarity, grounding, and emotional release that I didn’t know I needed. Since then, Reiki has grown from a personal healing tool into a calling to support others.
Before offering Reiki to the public, I spent years serving veterans, providing grounding and energy-balancing sessions for individuals experiencing PTSD, stress, and emotional heaviness.
Those experiences taught me something essential:
people don’t just need treatment—people need to feel seen, safe, and understood.
Today, my work focuses on creating a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
